Your unpretentious « three stars » campesite “L’Echappée Verte” is situated at 600 meters of altitude, in the departement of Cantal.
The highest mountain is « Le Plomb du Cantal » 1885m Cantal is not only a departement, but also the oldest european volcano!

Your camping « The Green Escape » offers you sweet holidays, pure air, green and shady spaces, as a call for hiking, cycling, fishing, free-swiming pool, city park for children, resting .. Your landscape : middle mountains, lakes, forests, rivers, falls, all around the campsite ! So much to offer : gastronomy, rich cultural heritage, authenticity,traditions, relaxing…
You can just walk to the center of Pleaux, it’s only 300m away, to find the necessary shops, festivities, tourism office.
So many discoveries and sites are waiting for your visit ! …and so do we, your reception team, of course !
According to the sanitary context, we will respect all the security measures.
Olivier, your animator, pure “pleaudien”, (with the added bonus of a sports educator and first aid certificate), will welcome you warmly, with welcome drinks every Monday, weekly evening, meal, music, various activities,… He plans many surprises for you to discover in our Camping Activities section!
